Cancellation policy

Purchase Options include pre-orders, deposits, staged payments, pay-later balances, backorders and custom allocations. By proceeding, you authorise Peak 4x4 to process payments according to the selected option and acknowledge that the order is binding once confirmed. Payments collected under Purchase Options are non-refundable for change of mind. Failure to complete remaining instalments may result in cancellation of the order without refund of amounts already paid. Delivery and completion timelines are estimates only and delays do not entitle cancellation or refund. Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting Peak 4x4 may be treated as a breach of these terms, subject to recovery of costs where permitted by law.
